About Dr. Anthony DelosReyes
Offering individualized and compassionate care in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various mental health disorders. I am double-board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and in Addictions (CARN). Services that are available include Medication Management and supportive therapy. When indicated, our clinic offers genetic testing to optimize ideal medication(s) for you. We also offer home detox treatment for Opiate and Alcohol addictions. This includes: SUBOXONE (Buprenorphine), Non-Suboxone Protocol, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol therapy.
